Puffy eyes is a very common skin worry that haunts some of us, specially in the morning. There are a number of steps you can take to prevent and reduce mild under-eye puffiness.
1. Get enough sleep at night. For most adults, seven to eight hours a night appears to be the best amount of sleep.
2. Sleep with your head slightly raised. Add an extra pillow or raise the head of your mattress. This helps prevent fluids from accumulating around your eyes as you sleep.
3. Apply Skinlastin right after you get up in the morning. The unique formula of Skinlastin helps in reducing the puffiness under your eyes. Frequent use of Skinlastin will gradually remove this condition.
4. While sitting up, apply cool tap water. This will compress the skin under your eyes for a few minutes.
5. Reduce allergy symptoms. Avoid allergens whenever possible. Ask your doctor about some allergy medications, if the condition becomes too serious.
