The skin care regime should be strictly on the basis of skin type of the individual.According to skin types , skin creams or wrinkle creams should be applied. There are mainly three main types of skin type as ‘normal to oily’ , ‘normal to dry’ and ‘combination’ type skin types. But how to find out your skin type?

There are various techniques or even by using sebu tapes to find out the skin type. But we will tel you one simple method to find out your skin type just using one tissue paper.

This test needs to be done immediately when you get up in the morning. Steps to be followed in this test are:

• take a tissue paper and unfold it so that it can cover your whole face
• Then gently press that tissue paper on your face  for 5 seconds
• then see the skin’s oil on the tissue paper

If the oil on the tissue paper can be seen all over then the skin is oily . If the there is very little oil or no oil on tissue paper then the skin is dry. If the oil on the tissue paper forms the T-Zone then skin is combination types means the forehead, nose and chin area is oily.

So by this way the skin type can easily found out. And  before this test, face should not be washed with soap or water so that the natural oil is is there on face.

Depending upon the skin type, various skin creams or wrinkle creams can be applied.
